Belgian Witbier

Moderate-strength wheat-based ale. Our wit uses a small amount of Nugget and Amarillo hops to bring a slight malty sweetness with light, grainy, spicy wheat aromatics. Coriander aroma with a complex herbal or spicy note in the background. Zesty, orange-citrusy fruitiness. Refreshingly crisp with dry, tart finish.

Golden Strong

A pale, complex, effervescent, strong Belgian-style ale that was originally developed by the Moortgat Brewery after WWI as a response to the growing popularity of Pilsner beers. Marriage of fruity, spicy, and alcohol flavors. Reminiscent of pears, oranges, or apples, the Golden Strong is made with Nugget hops.

We met as a team to learn more about beer styles and flavor profiles. We worked together to come up with qualities that we all wanted to see in our anniversary beer. Frank & Blake took our ideas and made them into the PAC 5. It's a Pacific Ale that comes in at 5% ABV and 15 IBU. It's a 5 on the SRM chart, made with 5 different grains and a 5 lb hop bill. You get the idea. Great citrus taste w/ hints of juniper. It's going to be the perfect summer sipper.
