LAGER

BLONDE

Easy-drinking, approachable, malt-oriented American craft beer. Made with Chinook and Amarillo hops, the blonde is well-balanced, clean, and refreshing. Our best seller!

Belgian Witbier

ABV: 4.5%

IBU: 12

Moderate-strength wheat-based ale. Our wit uses a small amount of Nugget and Amarillo hops to bring a slight malty sweetness with light, grainy, spicy wheat aromatics. Coriander aroma with a complex herbal or spicy note in the background. Zesty, orange-citrusy fruitiness. Refreshingly crisp with dry, tart finish.

Golden Strong

ABV: 7.4%

IBU: 17

A pale, complex, effervescent, strong Belgian-style ale that was originally developed by the Moortgat Brewery after WWI as a response to the growing popularity of Pilsner beers. Marriage of fruity, spicy, and alcohol flavors. Reminiscent of pears, oranges, or apples, the Golden Strong is made with Nugget hops.

RAILROAD RED

ABV: 6.3%

IBU: 26

Easy-drinking with subtle flavors that bring out the best in fall. Slightly malty in the balance with an initial soft toffee/caramel sweetness. Our red is made using Nugget, Willamette, Cascade, and Simcoe hops.

brown

ABV: 5.2%

IBU: 24

Entry-level malted beer with that classic feel. Malty and lightly hoppy featuring Nugget hops. Hop flavor and aroma complement and enhance the malt rather than clash with it. Our brown has a malty-sweet and malty-rich flavor with chocolate, caramel, nutty complexity.

VIENNA lager

ABV: 4.5%

Coming back soon! Our Vienna Lager features Cascade & Chinook hops. Smooth, light maltiness with vanilla/caramel notes. A favorite during the crisp fall weather in Paso.

MUNICH HELLES lager
ABV: 4.7%

Made with Perle hops, the Munich Helles Lager is the latest edition to our lager menu. Medium-bodied with a crisp finish, this beer has a fresh grain aroma and flavor.

JUICY IPA

Our newest IPA. Low bitterness, higher ABV. Made with Citra, El Dorado and Bru-1 hops. Notes of pineapple, honeydew and pear.

Balanced, hop-forward India Pale Ale that has the appearance of California gold. We wanted to create an IPA that would be enjoyed during those beautiful California days. Citrus, floral, piney flavor profile that comes from Simcoe, Cascade, Amarillo, and Nugget hops.

For our non-beer drinkers, we've got just the solution for you! Introducing our third hard seltzer. The blood orange seltzer is sure to quench your thirst.

BELGIAN DUBBEL

ABV: 7.%

Dating back to the Trappist monk style of the Middle Ages. Stone fruit aroma. Plum, fig, caramel, and bubblegum on the palette with a toasty caramel & chocolatey finish. We used Belgian Candy syrup for some sweetness.

NITRO PORTER

Smooth & silky nitro porter with strong notes of coffee and chocolate. Subtle notes of spice and citrus. But what's with the name? You'll have to ask either Rich or Frank about that one. You definitely do not want to ask Martha.
